Solid product, minor shipping hiccup

I bought the Red Vein Kratom and it's been consistently good, just like my previous orders. The quality is reliable, which is why I keep coming back. This time, however, shipping took a day longer than usual, which was a little annoying but not a huge deal. Usually, it's very prompt. Their rewards points are also a good incentive to stick with them. Overall, still a good experience and I'm satisfied.

Smooth order, fast delivery

Ordered some Maeng Da Kratom powder last week. The website was easy to navigate, found what I needed quickly. Shipping was surprisingly fast; it arrived in just 3 days to Florida. The powder itself seems good quality, well-packaged. I didn't need customer support, so can't comment there, but the overall process was very smooth from start to finish. Happy with the purchase.

Decent Bali, wish packaging scaled

I got the Bali Kratom powder. The product quality was as expected, pretty good. The ordering process was straightforward. Delivery took about 5 days to reach my address in Texas, which is average. My only minor gripe is that the larger bag sizes use the same type of seal as smaller ones, which can be a bit fiddly to re-seal perfectly. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about payment methods before ordering. Worth the purchase, but that seal could be improved for bulk.

Good deal on capsules

I was looking for some Kratom Capsules and saw they had a first-time buyer discount. Got 10% off my order, which made the price pretty competitive. Free shipping was a nice bonus too. Felt like I got good value for what I paid.
